Enigma Tripper 14
The Tripper 14 is imported directly into the UK from the home of open boats- Canada. Once arrived, they are assembled in-house and used throughout the UK by many happy paddlers. The Tripper 14's hull is constructed from triple-layer high density polyethylene to provide a strong, durable hull that is resistant to warping, bending and deformation. As with all Enigma Canoes, the vinyl gunnels are slightly thicker than other manufacturers to provide extended longevity and additional strength.
Designed with family day trips in-mind, the 14ft Enigma Tripper has a wide, flat hull shape combined with a full-length keel line. This proven hull shape gives the canoe a high primary stability and enables it to track well, even when solo paddled. Whilst not designed to be particularly fast, with a waterline length of 13.5ft the Tripper 14 is reassuringly stable and very manoeuvrable for exploring smaller waterways. The additional width also provides extra leg room, especially at the bow seating position and overall, more room for big picnics and four-legged friends.
The Tripper 14 has a high carrying capacity for a canoe of its length (320kg), and can be supplied with either two or three robust wood-web seats.
