Returning Unwanted Goods

We hope that you are satisfied with your order from Bournemouth Canoes. However, if you need to return an item, we aim to make the process as easy as possible. This policy applies to all orders placed online or by mail-order.

Items can be returned for refund within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new/unused condition, in original/undamaged packaging and fit for re-sale.

We are unable to offer exchanges - Refunds will be issued against any items returned to us.
If you require an alternative size or product, please place a new order for the required product(s) and then return the original item(s) to us separately.

To return an item for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Print and fill out our Order Returns Note.
  2. Ensure the item(s) are re-packaged securely, so that they're protected during shipping.
  3. Attach the address label from the returns note to the outside of the package.
  4. Include the remainder of the returns note inside the package.
  5. Return the package to us by post or a courier of your choice.

Please Note - You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.


We will refund the original purchase price paid for each item returned to us, provided they meet the criteria outlined above.

Where applicable, the standard delivery cost of your order will also be refunded.
