At Bournemouth Canoes we hope that you are satisfied with order and never need to return anything, however should you need to, we aim to make the return and exchange process as easy as possible. The following returns policy applies only to orders placed online or by mail-order.
Items can be returned for refund/exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new/unused condition, in original/undamaged packaging and fit for re-sale. Refunds will be for the cost of the items returned and does not include the cost of the original post and packaging.
Need to Exchange an Item?
If a quick exchange is required we recommend that you place a new order for the correct products and then return the original items to us for a refund separately. If an exchange isn't required urgently, please download, print and fill out our: ORDER EXCHANGE NOTE
Package the items for return, attach the address label included on the Order Exchange Note and include a printed copy of the exchange note inside the packaging. The package can then be returned to us either by Post or a courier of your choice. You will be responsible for the return and re-delivery costs when returning items for exchange. A member of staff will contact you to take payment for the re-delivery cost once items are received back with us.
