The Discovery 158 is a delightful canoe that can be paddle solo or tandem. This canadian canoe has a durable three layered hull with a foam core has inherent strength to take on moderate whitewater and hidden rocks without the need of a keelson or metal framework. At 15'8" long with nice lines the 158 is often purchased by paddlers who solo as much as they tandem paddle. Polyethylene contoured seats and decks with grab handles, black vinyl gunwales, and ash carrying yoke and thwarts all fitted as standard to this canoe. The 158 can be transported on a standard car roof rack.
