Ocean Kayak Scrambler XT is the Big Brother of the Scrambler. Paddle on lake, sea, estuary and slower flowing rivers the Scrambler will take you there. You can fish, dive, or tour, the dimensions and design of the Ocean Kayak Scrambler make it great for virtually any water activity you can imagine. Being slightly bigger than the Scrambler the XT can take a heavier paddler and or more kit. The Scrambler XT will be fractionally faster but the difference is really small. First-time paddlers can feel like experts on this sit-on-top kayak. Best paddled on flat water, bays, estuaries, lakes and ponds, moderate ocean swells or waves and slow moving rivers. The Scrambler can be used in surf but it is a handful, there are other kayaks designed for surfing. Scrambler has a pronounced keel line making straight tracking simple.
