Nova Craft Trapper 12
The Novacraft Trapper 12 is a solo canoe that is perfect for all round use but is most at home touring on lake, cannels, slow moving rivers and simple coastal waters
.
The Trapper 12 has been designed with a shallow arch hull which will ensure an incredibly stable ride and offers a great secondary stability. As a result this canoe proves popular with those looking for a stable platform for fishing or photography. The shallow ach hull combined with a slight rocker will ensure you can maintain a good speed whilst paddling on flat water and will paddle over small waves with ease.
The Trapper 12 is so responsive that it makes an ideal canoe for all leave of paddler and is great for learning traditional canoeing skills such as the J-Stroke.
The Trapper 12 has all the traditional features you would expect to see on a canoe of this quality, including a cane seat, ash carry handles and thwart.

- Deluxe sculpted ash centre yoke (In our opinion the best standard fit canoe Yoke on the market), shaped to spread the weight across your shoulders evenly and even got a small notch for the small bone in your neck.
- Shallow arch shaped hull gives great stability whilst the slight rocker allows good manoeuvrability.

Tuffstuff
Nova Craft Canoes have introduced a new super lightweight material to the market place in the wake of the discontinuation of Royalex. Nova Craft Tuffstuff canoes are made from a blend of basalt and Innegra fibres. Basalt fibres are made of melted volcanic basalt rock and Innegra is a fibre consisting mostly of polypropylene. These are then woven together into a cloth and mixed with high impact vinylester resin, the result is that Nova Craft TuffStuff canoes are amongst the strongest and most versatile on the mark today. Nova Craft TuffStuff canoes are a great choice for paddlers looking for a light weight canoe for use on extended flatwater trips and slow moving deep rivers
Tuffstuff Expedition
Nova Craft Tuffstuff Expedition canoes are a heavier duty version of the standard Nova Craft TuffStuff construction. Nova Craft Tuffstuff Expedition canoes are more robust and stiffer offering greater performance and incredible impact resistance. Nova Craft Tuffstuff expedition canoes are an excellent choice for paddlers looking for a light weight boat for extended wilderness trips, flat water sections and deep lower grade moving water.

Fibreglass – Fibreglass canoes are made using woven layers for fibreglass cloth laid out over a mould that sets into place. Fibreglass canoes are very light weight and durable and are a great choice for long distance touring or racing paddlers.
Aramid Lite
Aramid canoes are the lightest boats in the Novercraft range. They are built by infusing Aramid cloth with a high impact resistant vinylester resin. Aramid canoes have great strength to weight ratio. Aramid canoes are intended for flat water touring, racing and expedition use.
Blue Steel
Blue Steel canoes are made of an aramid and carbon fibre hybrid material. These canoes are light weight like the canoes made of Aramid Lite but are significantly stronger. The carbon fibers add stiffness to the hull resulting in an increase in paddling efficiency. Blue Steel has an inner layer of Innegra creating a high impact resistant vinylester resin makes for a very rugged canoe. Blue Steel canoes are most at home on flatwater and the look of the carbon fiber is stunning.
